1.How do I know your quality?
High solution detailed videos, pictures and a detailed inspection report will send for your reference.

2.Can I get a sample first? And how does it charge?
Yes, free sample is available within 1-3 days for your evaluation. And freight is prepaid by your side.

3.Where is your company?

Our office is in beautiful island city Xiamen, China. And our warehouse is in Shuitou.

4.Do you have a MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)
We welcome any trial order. Please check with our sales team if it’s in stock.

5.How can I order from you.
Proforma invoice ( sales contract) will be sent for your stamping and signing. After deposit is received, we will start production and ship as soon as inspection report is approved by your side.

6.Can I get a door to door service?
Yes, we offer delivery to your door service, which makes your work easy.

7.What about delivery time?
Regarding slabs, usually, about 7 to 10 days after receiving your deposit. Mosaic, countertop and cut to size require 14 to 21 days.
